- Minimum 10-12 years experience in the field of business development
- Should have achieved and successfully handled multi-crore revenue targets
- An ideal candidate would be someone who has done BD for a advertising agency
- Excellent oral and wr itten communication skills
- Good Power Point creation skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve results
- Should be a "go-getter", with strong result-delivery orientation
- Understanding of social media / digital media an added advantage

- Will be responsible for independently handling complete revenue responsibility for a business vertical.
- Job role will include putting in place a business development strategy, creating a lead funnel, making presentations, pitches and proposals to prospective clients
- Managing and mentoring a team of BD executives / managers
- Timely preparation of MIS
