Deputy General Manager (Operations)

Qualifications:

8-10 years experience of managing a large team (100+)
Should be a process and system oriented person.
Should have excellent Communication skills.
Should be a Task Master who is able to motivate team to perform.

Job Profile:

Team Management
- Inducting new members into the team
- Training them for their respective job roles
- Supervising work being done by the team members
- Ensuring quality of work being done by team members
- Ensuring team members are meeting input / output targets
Organisation building
- Ensuring all systems and processes are being followed
- Ideating for organisation growth areas
- Cultivating talent in the organisation
