Qualifications:
  • Should be a graduate
  • At least one year experience in similar profile
  • Should be extremely fluent with written and spoken English
  • Should have been active on Facebook and other Social Media Platforms

Job Profile:

    Incumbent will be responsible for
  • Will be required to work with new joinees and deliver the training program. This will involve training in job role delivery, corporate systems and processes.
  • Manage trainee feedback, learning assessment, training needs analysis and all queries during nesting period.
  • Will be required to conduct inhouse tests to ascertain on skill assimilation in the team members.
  • Conduct refresher training from time to time for existing team members and track progression based on test scores.
