Manager (HR)

Qualifications:
  • Should be well qualified in the field of HR with a basic graduation and preferably a diploma in HR.
  • Should have at least 5 years of HR and admin experience in a large office environment (50 people or more) or a BPO.
  • Factory or IR experience not required.

Job Profile:

    Incumbent will be responsible for
  • Preparation of JD, liasoning with HR agencies to source resumes
  • Short listing resumes from online portals and via agencies
  • Lining up of interviews, overseeing the recruitment process
  • Induction of selected candidate into the organisation
  • Payroll management as well ensuring compliance of all HR related laws
  • Managing performance appraisals, exit interviews
  • Management of office admin staff, housekeeping etc
