Manager (HR)

Qualifications:

Should be well qualified in the field of HR with a basic graduation and preferably a diploma in HR.
Should have at least 5 years of HR and admin experience in a large office environment (50 people or more) or a BPO.
Factory or IR experience not required.

Job Profile:

Preparation of JD, liasoning with HR agencies to source resumes
Short listing resumes from online portals and via agencies
Lining up of interviews, overseeing the recruitment process
Induction of selected candidate into the organisation
Payroll management as well ensuring compliance of all HR related laws
Managing performance appraisals, exit interviews
Management of office admin staff, housekeeping etc
